ONE LAST DANCE

In a fictional scenario set in 2047, this year’s water parade carries the weight of speculation that it might be the last opportunity for the public to gather and march freely. While the locals engage in the festivities with a celebratory spirit, the authorities perceive any forms of assembly as challenges to their absolute control. As tensions escalate between the police and residents, the summoned spirits elevate the celebration to an unprecedented level, and later descend into chaos when authorities intervene, leading villagers to seek refuge in the fictional realm of Reverie.
